08/01/15 19:41 Ebony is a 10 yrs. old black female cat who was surrendered by her owner today. Ebony is spayed and appears to be in good physical health. Ebony is described as being smart and affectionate. Ebony has not been socialized with children at all. Ebony has however been socialized with other cats and dogs and has been decribed as being relaxed affectionate relaxed and and tolerant around both cats and dogs. Ebony also plays with cats and dogs in a gentle and friendly manner. Ebony is an indoor and outdoor cat who is litter trained. Ebony is described as having a medium level of activity and is also described as being playful confident mellow friendly assertive talkative affectionate and independent. Ebony has never been bathed or had her nails trimmed but likes to have her fur brushed. Ebony is not bothered when she is picked up and held placed in a carrier or disturbed from her sleep. Ebony uses clumping litter in an open litter box. Ebony eats dry food twice a day. Ebony is not bothered when hse is being driven in a car. Ebony likes to play with balls strings and engages in chasing games. Ebony uses a rough rope scratching post. Ebony will stay in the same room as her owner and will also sit on top of her owner. Ebony likes to stay in her favorite spot by th window and will sleep anywhere. Ebony was calm and aloof during the Intake process. Ebony allowed herself to be transferred into a new carrier with minmal effort and also allowed herself to be photographed inside the carrier. Ebony was slightly nervous and did not allow herself to be collared. Ebony was calm and friendly for themost part and relatively easy to handle.
