Notes: Don was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying friendly behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.Don is displaying behavior appropriate for a beginner cat owner. Reaction to assessor: comes to the front of the cage, soliciting, rubbing against the cage front (1) When spoken quietly: stays at front, continues soliciting attention (1) Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft & relaxed (1) Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention (1) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling Placement Determination: Beginner

scan negative neutered male slit on his right ear – not a ear tipped cat scratches on his face due to fighting lower right canine broken upper left canine broken slightly yellow coloring to his teeth with mild tartar build up slightly matted coat weight: 10.6lbs great appetite seen for soft food showed no signs of aggression – during exam he came out of his cage exploring, purring, really sweet boy BARH NOSF
