Medical Summary scan negative intact male weight: 1.24lbs all teeth in eyes crusted shut with discharge – warm compressed to open eyes nose crusted with nasal discharged – warm compressed to open up nasal passageways once nose and eye were clear i put some food in his mouth and he started eating on his own has lice eggs all over body spoke to Dr.1044 who stated to start on erythromycin BID for 7 days Amoxi/Clav/Potas .15cc PO SID for 10 days BAR showed no signs of aggression during exam – sweet little guy NOSF
