DANA – A0954874
7-2-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 07/02/15*** SECOND CHANCE FOR DYNAMIC DANA WHO WAS RETURNED TO THE ACC BECAUSE OWNER CLAIMS SHE ATTACKS CHILDREN – BUT WE ALSO NOTE THAT SHE HAS A UTI WHICH IS CERTAINLY NOT MAKING THIS GIRL FEEL WELL!! DANA was adopted from the ACC a year ago and lived with a family who had kids 11, 5 and 2 yrs old. DANA’s owner said she “attacks” the 2 yr old and is fearful of small children. Hmmmm, let’s see, how did the 2 yr old ACT around this cat? From my experience, 2 yr olds can be very loud and scary to cats and if this cat was only focusing on this one child, it seems apparent to me that there is a reason WHY. But we also see that the cat came in with a urinary tract infection, and blood in the urine, which is a painful condition and no cat is going to be in the greatest mood if they feel pain. Wondering if the owner dumped poor DANA for vet bills and used the child as an excuse. EITHER WAY, DANA was not very happy about being dumped BACK into the shelter and she expressed herself so that she received a NEW HOPE rating. We know that life has been dealing very unfair blows to DANA and now she will die for the ignorance of her past owners. DANA DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE – IF YOU CAN GIVE HER A FOSTER OR PERMANENT HOME, PLEASE CONTACT A RESCUE TO PULL HER TO SAFETY. SHE DESERVES TO SEE A VET AND HAVE A HAPPY ENDING TO HER STORY.
