She scanned negative for a microchip. PEOPLE She lived in a home with 3 adults and one new born. She has mostly been around children ages 10 and up. She is usually relaxed or affectionate around them and gentle when she plays with them. She also plays gently with his owner. She doesn’t usually scratch and has never bitten anyone. ANIMALS Scooter (A1030977) age 10, Tigger (A1030978) age 15, Snuggles (A1030979) age 8, Daly (A1030980) age 13, Boom Boom (A1030981) age 12, and 4 other cats lived together. They were usually relaxed, affectionate, or tolerant around one another, and when they played they were gentle, exuberant, and sometimes somewhat rough. They don’t usually scratch and have not bitten any other animals. PERSONALITY She is an indoor only cat who mostly lies around throughout the day. She has been described as friendly, quiet, confident, assertive, very affectionate, mellow, and independent. She loves being brushed, being petted, and being held. She doesn’t like being placed in carriers and will usually struggle to get away. She likes to follow his owner around or sit on his owner’s lap. She is afraid during car rides and usually meows/cries, vomits, urinates and/or defecates. She eats Ally Cat dry food and his favorite treats are Whiskas. She uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter. She loves to sleep on top of or next to her owner. She tends to scratch on the furniture if she does scratch. It should be noted that she does not have a scratching post to scratch on. TRAINING Is litter box trained and rarely has accidents. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE She was somewhat talkative and meowed a bit. She had a soft body and minimal dilated pupils and she allowed handling and showed no signs of aggression. She was eager to walk out of her carrier and kept trying to jump off of the counter once out. She was reluctant to go back into his carrier.

Please take note: She lived in a home with 3 adults and one new born. She has mostly been around children ages 10 and up. She is usually relaxed or affectionate around them and gentle when she plays with them. She also has lived with cats. They were usually relaxed, affectionate, or tolerant around one another, and when they played they were gentle, exuberant, and sometimes somewhat rough. Reaction to assessor: Daly immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Daly remains at the front of the cage, soft and relaxed, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Daly rubs on the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pick up and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Daly interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
