Medical Summary scan negative intact female weight: 1.08lbs right eye has conjunctivitis clean ears – ear mite negative clean coat – flea negative clean white teeth eats soft food very well on own overall body condition is good came in with sibling A1037317 showed no signs of aggression during exam – was easy to handle BAR spoke to Dr.1044 about conjunctivitis and stated to start on erythromycin BID for 7 days NOSF
