10/19/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
10/19/15 20:55 According to the owner the cat is loveable and well-behaved, never showed any signs of aggression. Since the adoption the cat was lethargic due to it’s illness, during his visit to the ER the cat was easily handled and gave no problems. The client himself cleaned the cat multiple times with a hot towel/tissue which gave the cat some relief, but the medical problems persisted.

10/08/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – AVERAGE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Corleone was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. He was found roaming around a building for four days. The finder stated that he was friendly and walked right into a carrier own his own. He allowed all handling upon intake and during his initial medical exam. Reaction to assessor: Corleone was calm and relaxed upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Corleone looks at the assessor and closes his eyes. Reaction to cage door opening: Corleone remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Corleone head-butts lightly, gets up, and leans on the assessor’s hand. He closes his eyes and begins to purr. Reaction to being picked up: Corleone becomes tense during pick up (possibly due to girth), but remains calm in the assessor’s arms. Behavior Determination: Average Corleone interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
