CONTRAILS – A1036081
5-16-2015 Brooklyn
**GONE 05/16/15** Help CONTRAILS jet his way to freedom, tonight! This handsome two-tone boy is only about 2 years old and he was already sick when the shelter put him through the stress of a behavioral evaluation. Despite not feeling his best, Contrails rocked a really nice EXPERIENCE rating. Contrails is exactly the sort of cat who blossoms into perfection, given the chance to unwind in a foster/adoptive home. Make sure Contrails gets that chance by saving his life, tonight!

05/15/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Please note that Contrails is being treated for an upper respiratory infection at the time of the behavior assessment. This condition may affect some of the behaviors shown during evaluation. Contrails was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. Although he was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: retreats (2) Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch (2) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense.
