CLASSIQUE – A1037082
6-1-2015 Manhattan
**SAFE 06/01/15** Those alert eyes belong to CLASSIQUE, a gorgeous 12-month-old kitten who is living her last night on earth, within the hostile confines of the ACC. Classique was brought to the shelter as a stray and her somewhat shy personality just makes her all the more endearing. She has a few skin issues that should clear up on their own, assuming that she lives long enough. Meaning, assuming that someone moves forward with the foster/adoption process, tonight. Please don’t assume that someone else will save the lovely CLASSIQUE. Reserve her on the shelter website tonight, or work with a New Hope rescue. Either way, please make sure CLASSIQUE is rescued by her hero, by sharing her tonight!

Reaction to assessor: Classique looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Classique remains crouched down at the back, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Classique accepts the stroke, but eyes began to wander and attempts to flee her cage. Placement determination: Experience / no child Classique tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
