Reaction to Assessor: City was resting in her cage upon approach. When softly spoken to, she looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes. Reaction to cage door opening: City remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: City was a bit hesitant of touch, but warms up quickly and rubs her cheeks onto the assessor’s hand. She leans on the assessor and begins to purr. Reaction to being picked up: City remains calm and allows handling. As per previous owner, Daniel has lived with two other cats, in which he was respectful around. He wasn’t very playful around them, but has a medium activity level. The owner describes her has playful, confident, friendly, affectionate, and independent. Behavior Determination: Average Daniel interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
