***SAFE 05/29/15*** AFFECTIONATE YOUNG GINGER BOY WANDERED INTO THE ACC DOG PLAYGROUP AND NOW WILL DIE BECAUSE HE SNEEZED – PLEASE GRANT CHIPOTLE A DEATH ROW PARDON!!! Gorgeous two-year-old orange and white boy CHIPOTLE found himself in the WRONG PLACE at the WRONG TIME: “Chipotle was found by staff after he wandered into one of the dog playgroup sessions held outside. Upon intale Chipotle was calm and relaxed and allowed staff to place him into a carrier. He scanned negative for a microchip and allowed all handling.” This sweet, affectionate laddie even earned a near-perfect AVERAGE behavior rating for his “FRIENDLY” and relaxed demeanor! What’s not to love? Sadly, this excellent young boy will DIE TOMORROW AT NOON, another INNOCENT VICTIM of the notorious ACC kitty cold and a badly broken shelter system. Notes: Chipotle was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying good behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Chipotle is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed and friendly (1) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed and friendly (1) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch (2) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling.
