I have been at the shelter since Jun 14, 2015.

QAR, LETHARGIC/WEAK, NO V/D/C/S OBSERVED, HAS NOT YET EATEN

SCANNED NEGATIVE, APPROX 14 WO MALE, NO TESTES PALPABLE AT THIS TIME

TEMP LOW NORMAL, MM PALE PINK, UNABLE TO ASCERTAIN CRT, TACKY, APPROX 8 % DEHYDRATION, AUSC 180 BPM NO ARRHYTHMIA OR MURMUR

ABDOMINAL PALPATION WNL

COVERED IN FLEA DIRT

BILATERAL SYMMETRICAL SOFT TISSUE SWELLING OVER FRONTAL ASPECT EXTENDING FROM DORSAL OU TO BASE OF PINNA, COULD NOT PALPATE FONTALLE
