**SAFE 09/22/15** BEGINNER-rated CHESTER is an adorable creamsicle kitten with bright button eyes, who needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER tonight! He is in excellent health and is probably someone’s lost pet, and the shelter has had him since early September—yes, plenty of time to have rehomed him. But, they did not manage to find a new placement for this highly desirable pet, which is why he must be shared to the moon and back, tonight!
