*** SAFE 07/02/15 *** CHELSEA & CYCLONE ARE TWO VICTIMS OF A HOARDER…..Brought into the ACC with a number of other cats, their owner didn’t give any information on them to help get them adopted. Based on their experiences at the ACC, CHELSEA & CYCLONE need some TLC and Time and some “cat whispering” skills as if looks like they were ignored in their former home. FOSTERING WOULD BE A BIG HELP TO THESE TWO CUTIES!! If you have room in your home and your heart, please contact a NEW HOPE rescue and offer to foster….IT’S FREE AND IT SAVES LIVES…..

06/26/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Chelsea was bought into the care center as a owner surrender. We don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying slightly fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Placement Determination: Experience
