Cheesecake –  A1042049 – 3 week old male brown tabby:

scan negative

intact male

weight: .58lbs

conjunctivitis to both eyes

URI present – nasal discharge present

clean ears – em negative

clean coat – flea negative

teeth in

after cleaning nose he is eating soft food very well

overall body condition is good

as per 1044 start on amoxi/clav PO BID for 10 days along with erythromycin oint BID for 7 days
