CECIL – A1048144
Gone 9-1-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 09/01/15*** SECOND CHANCE FOR HANDSOME CECIL!! HE NEEDS A FUREVER HOME NOW!! BEGINNER-rated CECIL was found in a park by someone who felt sure that he was a “home cat” because he was such a nice kitty! Of course, CECIL is someone’s pet and has a home somewhere, and of course it’s a crying shame that his former people didn’t hunt him down at the shelter. This gorgeous blue bombshell is OUT OF TIME at the ACC and must find a foster/adopter tonight, or he will be killed tomorrow. Don’t let this GOOD BOY be lost to a shattered shelter system. Advocate for CECIL, tonight!

08/17/15 09:56 Cecil A1048144 is a 3yr old male gray DSH feline who was found in a park in the Bronx by a cat lover who feels bad when they spot cats on the street. The finder stated they believe Cecil was a “home cat” because he’s so friendly & quiet. Cecil allowed them to pick him up. The finder was able to place Cecil in a trap and bring him into our BXAC. During intake Cecil allowed all handling. He/she allowed to be scanned (-), collared & taken pictures of, during which he had a low body posture. When placed into the kennel Cecil retreated into the litter box and attempted to make him/herself appear small.
