CARMEN – A1059649
Safe 12-10-2015 Manhattan
***SAFE 12/10/15*** Poor CARMEN! The ACC cares so little about “their” animals that instead of trying to vet these guys, they choose instead to put it on the publics shoulders by sending out a SPECIAL PLEA! Such is the case of 8 year old CARMEN who has ulcerated wounds on all four foot pads! What pain this guy must be in! He’s already NEUTERED so he just needs someone to get him out of the ACC and quick! PLEASE, offer to FOSTER or ADOPT CARMEN. He likely has a hard time walking…if at all. CARRY this guy HOME, if need be, but SAVE CARMEN TONIGHT!
