Because of her age she is not eligible for public adoption and must be pulled by a NEW HOPE rescue. CAITLYN has a treatable URI that needs time and meds. She is eating very well on her own. I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/10/2015 from NY 10026, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.
