***SAFE 12/15/15****BRING BUTTONS HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND FUREVER! A volunteer writes, “Buttons will eye you with his big green eyes, shy at first, but give him a chance and see that he is a nice kitty. Feel his shinny black fur which is like silk. He will do good in a one cat home where there is not a lot of activity. He is affectionate and easy to handle. He will make a nice lap buddy. Another volunteer writes: Buttons is a long, sleek panther of a cat, handsome and affectionate. He comes right up to the door of his kennel when you whisper his name, and he adores being petted. Button’s former companions noted that he would prefer to be the only cat in the house. I figure he likes attention so much that he doesn’t want to share his friends with other cats! But Buttons is more than enough kitty for someone to love and take care of. I’m sure he’ll pay it all back and then some!” Sad sigh! Did you notice that the volunteer note was written today? This great guy—just four years old was surrendered a little more than two weeks ago due to his former owner’s “personal problems.” The owner “wanted Buttons to have a better home” so he was dumped at the kill happy shelter. Buttons, neutered and an extremely sweet and affectionate boy gets along great with dogs but wasn’t too fond of the resident cat in his previous home but please don’t let that deter you from adding this beautiful boy to your family. Buttons has an awesome behavior rating and is ready to go home with you furever. Please reserve Buttons online or let a rescue know if you can help. Transportation is available. Contact [email protected] for assistance. This great guy deserves a happy new life—not what the ACC has planned for him tomorrow afternoon. Make the call for Buttons NOW!!!
