10/16/15 19:41 initial exam microchip scan negative approx 6 week old female DSH kitten abscess at 3 o’clock to anus BAR, mild dehydration flea dirt present ears clean underweight deciduous dentition, pink mm’s used 18 g needle and lanced abscess – purulent material extracted from abscess and area cleaned with nolvasan solution on gauze start amoxi/clav 0.25 ml PO BID x 10 days start buprenorphine 0.02 BID x 3 days given FVRCP vaccine SQ over right front leg panacur given PO ponazuril given PO frontline spray applied topically
