S/O: Kitten is BARH, OS – proliferative tissue lower cornea, mild discharge and chemosis OU, sneezing and serous nasal discharge; NOSF

A: Mild conjuncitivitis OU, proliferative tissue OS most likely from healing corneal ulcer and may have corneal scar, URI

P: Cleaned OU and applied erythromycin; continue erythromycin and start amoxi/clav BID x 10d

PROGNOSIS:

Good-Excellent
