A: Mild conjuncitivitis OU, proliferative tissue OS most likely from healing corneal ulcer and may have corneal scar, URI
P: Cleaned OU and applied erythromycin; continue erythromycin and start amoxi/clav BID x 10d
PROGNOSIS:
Good-Excellent
