I am a male gray tabby and white domestic lh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 MONTHS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 06/13/2015 from NY 11358, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

S/O: On AM rounds, patient was observed to be sneezing and have serous nasal discharge bilaterally. Also seemed slightly lethargic. A: URI Px: Good P: Move to isolation, start course of Doxy, recheck on day 7 and 10

06/13/15 16:27 Botas is an 8month old male gray tabby/white Domestic long hair. Botas is very friendly and loves to be pet. He may become startled or shy around a crowd of people or loud noises. Botas was brought into ACC as a stray. Client stated Botas enjoys playing with water and allowed finders to give him a bath. Botas enjoyed eating wet & dry food & did not show any signs of aggression towards strangers or other cats in the yard. Behavior upon intake: Botas displayed a soft body once he arrived to ACC. When Botas was taken out of cat carrier he became tense and very timid, if given the chance Botas would attempt to flee. Allowed minimal handling.

Notes: Botas was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying calm behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Botas is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling.
