08/03/15 19:20 Bosko A1046554 is an est. 3yr old male light orange tabby & white DSH feline whom was found in his home when his owner passed away along with Rourke A1046561 No one was able to keep Bosko so he was brought into our BXAC. A friend of the deceased placed Bosko into a carrier for the surrenderer. During intake Bosko was very quiet and appeared as if he were in shock. He had very dilated pupils and walked out of the carrier into our kennel with ease. He allowed us to scan (-), collar him. We took his picture in the kennel to minimize his stress as much we can. He allowed us to pick him up and place him into a new carrier for transport.

08/08/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Bosko looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Bosko remains crouched down on his cage bedidng, alert with pupils fully dilated. Reaction to touch: Bosko allows the stroke, but stands with tail down, attempts to escape his cage, and remains cautious with his surroundings with eyes wandering. Placement determination: Experience / no child Bosko tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
