10/07/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
10/07/15 17:31 Basic Information Bonnie is a 10 year old brown and white cat that came in today as owner surrender with a litter mate. Owner stated that he can longer care for them due to his health and limited mobility. The apartment that he is staying in has also added a new no pet rule to the lease. Bonnie was a stray cat when Owner found her and decided to keep her. Her last vet visit was in 2007and he has no known health problems or injuries however, she will undergo a complete medical examination Social Life & Personality Although she isn’t very playful, Boonie is relaxed, affectionate and respectful around children, dogs and other cats. She is litter box trained and is kept indoor only. She has a low activity level and owner described her as playful, confident and affectionate. Behavior Issues Bonnie does not display any behavior issues and has never bitten or scratched another person or animal. Owner stated that she enjoys being picked up and held but he struggles with putting her in the carrier. Upon intake, Bonnie showed signs of fear; her tail was tucked, her ears were turned completely outwards and she retreated to the back of the carrier. She allowed herself to be petted but would not allow herself to be removed from the carrier. Due to a problem with her right ear, she didn’t allow herself to be collard either. For a New Family to Know Bonnie uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter. She plays with balls, wand toys and string toys. When owner is home, Bonnie will follow him around the house as a signal of her being hungry or wanting attentions. She is relaxed during car rides. She eats both wet and dry Friskies food and she sleeps anywhere in the house.
