Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Scan : negative Sex: female Approx 11weeks S/O: QARH, mm pink, CRT <2sec, cardiac and thoracic auscultation normal. 3mm superficial laceration at medial canthus OS. Full thickness left side hard palette laceration extending from upper premolar caudally , possible hard palette fracture. APP ++, eating kitten food well. A: Hard palette laceration Gave 0.07ml buprenorphine for pain, applied erythromycin OS, applied Revoluion. P: Continue 0.07ml buprenorphine BID, start clavamox BID, erythromycin OS BID PROGNOSIS: FAIR, Good if recieves follow-up vet care with rescue. Will send NH plea.
