BOBBY – A1045600
7-30-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 07/30/15*** LOOK AT THIS FACE! This is the face of an 8 year old who doesn’t understand what’s going on or why she is at the ACC! BOBBY is here due to a landlord issue and now is fighting for her life! She has lived previously with adults and two other cats. She isn’t handling her situation well as she swats ,hisses and backs away from the assessor’s hand when being pet. She also has a large mass on her neck that will need attention as she won’t let anyone close enough to check it out. She now needs a RESCUE as she has a RESCUE ONLY rating! Please contact a NEW HOPE RESCUE and offer to foster or adopt this beautiful girl who just needs a little love and a place to decompress!

07/29/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Bobby was resting upon approach. She turns to look at the assessor, and then looks away when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Bobby remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Bobby becomes stiff; she hisses and backs away from the assessor’s hand. She swats when attempting to pet her. As per previous owner, Bobby has lived with adults and other cats for 2 years. She enjoys petting and is litter box trained. Behavior Determination: New Hope Bobby is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and/or may require further investigation before placement in a home. She has tried to swat, is extremely fearful in the shelter environment, and does not currently tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
