10/16/15 09:33hrs Blaison has lived with his owner for the past two years. He is being surrendered because his owner did not have the time to properly care for him. SOCIAL LIFE & PERSONALITY Blaison is described as independent and affectionate. He lived in a single person home as the only pet. He enjoys being petted and normally rubs up against his owner for attention. Blaison has not interacted with other animals while living with his owner. BEHAVIOR Blaison is accustomed to being bathed by his owner every few months. He enjoys being petted and allows for his owner to pick him up. His owner stated that Blaison likes to run back and forth in the home during the evening after his owner returns home. Blaison is accustomed to having a covered and uncovered litter box in the home. FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW Blaison enjoys scratching at his owner’s upholstered furniture. He doesn’t play with toys often. He is accustomed to eating Friskies wet food. DURING INTAKE Blaison was calm inside of his carrier. He readily walked out of his carrier onto the counter. He remained still when a hand was extended towards him. He allowed petting on his head and would turn his head in enjoyment while being petted. He was collared, scanned for a microchip (negative) and photographed without displaying any negative behavior.
