***SAFE 10/31/15*** BEAUTIFUL BINTA WAS DUMPED FOR LITTERBOX ISSUES BUT HER OWNER NEVER TRIED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM – NOW POOR BINTA CAUGHT THE SHELTER COLD AND WILL BE KILLED FOR IT! BINTA is only 2 years old and is great with children and other cats. She seemed to have some litterbox accidents and her owner just tossed her in the shelter rather than checking to see if it were a medical issue or possibly the fact that BINTA just didnt like the crystal litter she was buying. Either way, only YOU can save her tonight. BINTA is friendly and got a great review from the shelter staff. A volunteer writes: Binta is a sweet girl who gets along very well with children and other cats. She chirps like a songbird, and she is affectionate and friendly that the attention she so loves would be automatically shown to her. Binta would make a wonderful addition to any family – could that family be yours? PLEASE DON’T LET BINTA DIE BECAUSE SHE NOW HAS THE SHELTER SNIFFLES. GIVE HER A DEATH ROW PARDON TONIGHT!!

Placement Determination: Experience Binta is a friendly and affectionate cat who approaches the assessor, solicits petting and appreciates all handling. Binta’s previous owner reports that she was eliminating outside the litterbox and that this problem has been going on for a few months.
