***SAFE 11/22/15*** BINI is a BEGINNER rated,3 year old and has lost her home due to her previous owner being hospitalized, which likely is not coming out of. This sweet girl needs someone to step up and not question why she’s her(at the ACC) but only HOW to get her out! A volunteer writes, “Bini is a tiny,sweet girl who gently approaches her human friends for love. PLEASE consider helping this little girl find the loving,forever home she deserves”. Offer to FOSTER or ADOPT this little one,do a good deed today…save her LIFE!

I am a female white and black domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 11/12/2015 from NY 10455, owner surrender reason stated was OWNER HOSP. I came in with Group/Litter #K15-037724.

MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT
11/21/2015 Exam Type CAGE EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 5.0 LBS.

11/21/15 13:42 S/O: nasal discharge and sneezing on exam. A: URI P: move to iso start doxy 0.6 ml PO SID x 10 days 11/17/15 18:59 S/O: recheck for urine staining on fur. BAR, very good appetite for wet cat food. hydrated. continues to be underweight (2.5/9 BCS) and appears unkempt. bladder is small and soft (not blocked), not constipated on palpation. no eliminations in litter box. A: underweight fractured tooth P: place 3rd feeding sign on cage continue to feed wet food only 11/14/15 14:02 S/O: recheck for dehydration. mildly dehydrated but eating wet food very well on his own (not a fan of dry food). underweight (BCS 2.5/9). yellow materal on venral neck/chest. very BAR and friendly, good energy level. A: underweight mild dehydration fractured tooth P: continue to feed wet food only LRS 75 ml SQ x 2 days —————————— BCS=2.5 Intact female Scan negative for a microchip Parvo test result=Negative Eyes are clear Nose=No discharge Ears are waxy. Cleaned with ear cleaning solution and gauze Teeth–Upper right k9 fractured Dehydrated Good appetite–eating soft food Is on a vet check Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Activyl As of now no signs of URI As of now no V/S/C/D NOSF

Reaction to assessor: Bini immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Bini remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Bini head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Bini interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
