***SAFE 06/14/15*** TERRIFIC TUX NEEDS FUREVER FRIEND-BE BINGHAMPTON’S RESCUE ANGEL! Binghamton is pretty five month kitty who was picked up by the police as a stray. Binghamton has a tibia/fibula fracture of her left hind leg, which our medical team was able to splint. Our vet thinks the fracture will heal with cage rest and splint changes, so now all Binghamton needs is a place to heal! She can be a bit reserved with new people, but once she gets to know you, Binghamton is a purr-machine! Please help this sweet girl get the care she needs. Won’t you please offer her a place to recup? She’s got a good prognosis, a great behavior rating and at just five months old, deserves a chance to grow up in a loving home. Please pull Binghampton online tonight. Contact a NH rescue for assistance with transportation. And don’t forget–fostering saves lives so please let a rescue know if you can offer temporary residence to this purrfect pet. Her precious life is in peril. So won’t you please be this terrific tux’s rescue angel? Save a life. Make a difference.

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Please note that Binghamton is being treated at the time of the behavior assessment. Her condition may affect some of the behaviors shown during evaluation. Binghamton was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying conflicted behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but takes treats from assessor hand, allows attention, tolerates all petting. Binghamton is displaying behavior appropriate for experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: hisses but soon relaxes Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: Did not attempt based on condition Placement Determination: Experience
