I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 09/05/2015 from NY 11208, owner surrender reason stated was PERS PROB. I came in with Group/Litter #K15-031038.

09/05/15 14:57 Basic Information: Berry is a 9 week old unaltered female domestic shorthair. Berry was given to owner as a gift. Berry appears to be healthy and has no health issues. Owner surrenders Berry due to living situation. Social Life and Personality: Berry lived with one male adult and never been around children. Owner stated Berry is relaxed, respectful and tolerant towards owner. Berry lived to with 2 other kitten and Berry was playful and affectionate towards other cats. Berry never was around dogs. Berry activity level is high and is indoors only. Owner describes Berry as playful, friendly and quiet. Behavior Issues: Berry never bitten or scratched anyone owner stated. She was never given a bath nor had a nail trim. Berry struggles to be picked up and held but will allow being pet. For a New Family to Know: Berry is litter box trained and uses a hooded litter box. She likes to play with toys such as balls and stuffed toys. Berry has a scratching post made out of rough rope he likes to scratch on if not the sofa. Berry will follow owner around the house or rarely seeks attention. Owner stated Berry eats wet or dry food and also likes ice cream. Intake Behavior: Upon intake Berry was trying to flee and quiet. She scanned negative for a microchip and allowed all handling.
