11/02/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Bernadine seems like a formal name for this sweet little kitty who would just slip into your heart and home, requiring no more than a soft lap to sit on while she purrs the night away. She is a pretty dilute tortoiseshell, with a soft grey and café au lait colored coat that makes her stand out in a crowd. She caught my eye as I scanned the kennels last weekend, and she came right up to be petted and have her chin rubbed. Bernie, I’d call her, and we’d become fast friends while watching old movies on a cold winter’s night.
