Scan negative for microchip
Parvo Test Result=Negative
Trauma vs medical. Is painful
Left hind leg and portion tail missing. Bones are exposed with maggots in both areas. Both areas were cleaned with novalson.
Odor from cat due to injuries
She’s stable no need to EHR at the moment.
Severe bruse vs minor internal bleeding
Eyes are clear
Nose=No discharge
Ears are little dirty. Cleaned with ear cleaning solution and gauze
Teeth are white and intact
As of now no signs of URI
As of now no V/S/C/D
Bupren .07ml was given by 0632
Convenia .05 was given by 0632
SQ Fluids 25ml was given by 0632
.5 Capstar was given
Peroxide was used to help get rid of maggots in the affected areas
All vaxes were held off
Will be kept in medical for further observation

LH leg degloving with distal portion of the leg gone, bone exposed , motor retained
Tail degloving with bones exposed
Maggots in the leg wound
A: LH leg degloved, Tail degloved
P: Placed ASAP with rescue for labwork and Sx tail and leg amputation vs EHR – Px Guarded
On convenia, capstar and pain therapy
1027 added 0.03ivermectin SQ and Fvrcp
