SAFE 04/06/15 A staff member writes: Beethoven is the first cat you’ll see in the adoption room because of his location in the room and because of his crying. Any time anyone walks past him, whether or not they even look at him, he cries. If the person doesn’t stop to pet him, he keeps crying until they’re out of eyesight or someone else comes up and gives him love. When you go to pet him, he’s going to rub all over your hand and arms. He likes being held, as long as he can still rub his face all over mine. This guy will make sure he constantly gets attention from you!
