I am a spayed female blue and white domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 2 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 10/08/2015 from NY 10026, owner surrender reason stated was PET HEALTH.

10/10/2015 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 7.5 LBS.

10/10/15 15:05 S/O: still not eating, growling during abdominal palpation, increased RR, mm’s pigmented but appear pale A: anorexia P: continue current tx plan 10/09/15 08:50 QAR, resting , not eating resting RR mildly increased A: inappetant, 4-5 days P: CWCTP – force feeding by syringe in MACC, reassess if condition worsens 10/08/15 12:43 Hx: Client says Bebe has been lethargic and has not eaten anything in the past four days. Client says she recently had the exterminator come and release fumes in the house, and believes Bebe’s behavior may be related. Cat is severely dehydrated, – skin turgor mm tacky – may be not eating 4 days duration, not icteric S/O: QAR, RR increased EENM: MM Pale and tacky, CRT 2 SEC CV: Heart murmur 3/6 systolic, Lungs – RR up – asthma attack or dypsnic episode when taken out of the carrier – d/t excitement? ABD: SOFT AND NONTENDER – no fluid at this time MS/INTEG: AMB X 4, BCS 4/9 NS: APPROPRIATE PLN: NSF GU: Spayed female A: Owner surender/tag not matching surendering client – inappetant 4 d duration – heart murmur – P: Monitor in medical LRS 75 cc SC BID 10 d cyproheptadine 4mg SID 4 days NH placement needed for workup – ASAP – Guarded Px

10/08/15 09:17 Behavior during Intake Bebe was relaxed during intake. She stayed calm, and immediately allowed counselor to pet her, and scan her for microchip. When given food she showed food interest by approaching food when put down, but did not eat. Bebe allowed all handling to be conducted, and showed no signs of aggression during intake.
