BEAUTY – A1051778
Gone 9-21-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 09/21/15*** BEAUTY’S LIFE CONTINUING DEPENDS ON BEING FOSTERED OR ADOPTED-THIS SWEET GIRL GOT A RESCUE ONLY ‘rating’. One wonders, with ACC, who they hire to ‘assess’ the cats in their care. Many cats, especially cats who have never been in a ‘shelter’ like ACC are going to go into fight or flight. BEAUTY, clearly scared out of her wits was surrended by her former owner for ‘personal problems’ but would this ‘owner’ have done that is she knew doing so would cost BEAUTY her life? I doubt it. BEAUTY really tonight needs you. This is a cat who has lived in a home, has perfect litter box manners and ‘plays too rough’ with her owners because she likes to jump on them. BEAUTY may need somoene who wants to really play with her, and there are toys like ‘da bird’ and various other wonderful toys BEAUTY would benefit from. But that can happen only if BEAUTY is pulled to safety and gotten out of the ACC ALIVE! BEAUTY’S hissing and carrying on is because she’s scared in a scary place. In a home where she would have time to know she was safe, things would change quickly for her-will you save this sweet girls life? She’s done nothing wrong-she was being a cat, and punished for it. Frightened in a scary new place, the person giving her a behavior rating was afraid of her-and cats when they know you are afraid become afraid…and in the space of a small carrier, had to protect herself. BEAUTY is a little cat-and if you gave her a little time, and attention and some soft talk, things might be very different. But she needs to live for you to do that! Will you save her life tonight?
