***SAFE 07/28/15*** CALM AND AFFECTIONATE IS WHAT WAS SAID ABOUT BANDIT WHO WAS BROUGHT INTO THE ACC WHEN HER OWNER DIED – NOW THIS GRIEVING GIRL WILL BE KILLED BECAUSE OF A COLD! BANDIT is a sad but sweet cat. Her owner died and she was whisked away to the kill happy shelter by someone who didn’t want to take her in. BANDIT got a great AVERAGE rating because of her super calm and sweet purrsonality. Now through no fault of her own, she has caught the kitty cold and the ACC has decided to end her life. Reaction to Assessor: Bandit was calm, relaxed, and friendly at the front. When softly spoken to, she tries to sniff the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Bandit retreats to the back. Reaction to touch: Bandit was a bit hesitant at first, but leans on the assessor’s hand and rubs her cheeks, and comes to the front to solicit more attention. Reaction to being picked up: Bandit remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Average Bandit interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
