***SAFE 09/17/15*** Poor BABY! This sweet 2 year old and and housemate,MAMA (not listed tonight) was surrendered due to previous owner being evicted and had no friends or family that could take the duo. But here’s what makes BABY special. She’s missing her back right leg but DOES NOT let it slow her down! She’s great around adults as well as the previous owners young nephews. NEITHER have been socialized around other cats or dogs. She’s been tolerant to petting and attention but seems stressed in the shelter. No one can blame her for THAT! So please, offer to FOSTER or ADOPT BABY. She may be a tripod, but she can sure dance her way into your heart with the best of them!

08/29/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Baby looks neutral in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Baby remains lying down on her cage bedding, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Baby head-butts the assessor’s hand, purrs in place, but randomly hisses while she solicits attention. Placement determination: Experience / no child Baby tolerates attention and petting but may be stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
