***SAFE 5/4/15*** RARE SECOND CHANCE FOR ATHENOS TONIGHT! TERRIFIC TUX NEEDS NEW FRIEND! If you are in the market for the purrfect companion, meet Athenos! Even though this hunky sweetheart came into the shelter as a stray back on 4/17, due to his calm, gentle disposition, zaftig size and the fact that he is already neutered, it is obvious that he was once someone’s faithful feline friend. Whether or not he lost his way or was deliberately dumped is a mystery but one thing is certain. If we don’t do everything we can to advocate for this affectionate and playful fab fella with an awesome-pawesome average rating tonight, he will become another sad ACC stat when tomorrow afternoon rolls around. Besides a couple of curable kitty sniffles, Athenos is healthy, just three and ready to offer you a lifetime of love and licks. Please reserve him online tonight or contact a NH rescue for assistance with transportation. If you live within a few hours of NYC, you can foster him and that will save his precious life. Be THE someone in “somebody do something.” Make the call for Athenos the terrific tux NOW!
