EENT: Eyes – marked MPOD, third eyelid up, moderate chemosis, but globes appear intact. Mod MPND. Oral – no ulcers. Ears – clean.
MSI: BCS= 2/9, very thin. AMb x4. Unkempt haircoat but full, no fleas seen.
H/L good.
Abd: soft but distended some
A) URI with conjunctivitis
P) Cleaned eyes and nose. Start doxy 0.15 cc po sid x 10 days. Erythromycin OU.
Re-weigh 3 days. Monitor eating

Good appetite (ate most wet food)
