ABD: SOFT AND NONTENDER, large worm belly
MS/INTEG: AMB X 4, BCS 3.5/9
NS: head tilt R , horners syndrome – R pupil smaller than L
PLN: NSF
GU:IM
A: severe ear mites with associated head tilt
P: convenia shot given sc – again needed in seven days
ears cleaned
ivermectin swab rolled in the ear canal
tresederm AU BID 14 days
Monitor eating
NH placement needed – px fair to good with treatment
BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE:
When he was let out, he allowed touch and would arch his back and purr. He was able to be collared, scanned for a microchip(negative )and photographed without displaying any negative behavior.
