SAFE 12/26/15 Little Asiago was discovered to have a mass along his abdomen. He needs a full work up to determine if it’s benign.

CONTINUE CURRENT MEDICATION

ERYTHROMYCIN OPTHALMIC OU BID X 7 DAYS

IF NO IMPROVEMENT ON AUGMENTIN RECOMMEND CHANGE TO DOXY

EXCELLENT PROGNOSIS

undersedation for neuter, abdomen was found enlarged, cranial oranomegaly left abd r/o spleen, stomach,liver other

no hx of pet having abdominal illness signs at foster

rec AUS at rescue

PE: Mass located in the abdomen area

Exam & surgery performed by Dr.

Feline neuter

Anesthesia – 0.05mL Telazol induction.

Sx. – Routine scrotal castration. No sutures placed, incisions left open to drain. Green linear tattoo placed on ventral abdomen.

0.18mL meloxicam injectable and 0.03mL Hydromorphone for pain management.
