Notes: Anton Ohno was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying friendly behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Anton Ohno is displaying behavior appropriate for a beginner cat owner. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, is calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: comes to the front of cage, soliciting attention, plays with my hand Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention, playful, rolls over Try picking cat up: remains calm while being held Placement Determination: Beginner
