Add on to that being penned up like a chicken in the ACC cages! 2 year old ANDY will be over his cold in no time with the aid of antibiotics. But his LIFE? That’s a different story! And yet through it all,ANDY is handling it like a trooper. Even earned himself an AVERAGE rating for his seductive behavior! He needs just one person to offer their home. JUST ONE! Don’t look to the next person to save him. Look in the mirror then stand up and offer your home!

08/19/15 13:00 Intake Behavior: Andy had a tense body and his ears flattened when the carrier door was opened. The couneslor extended her hand and Andy sniffed her hand. She then pet Andy and Andy’s ears were unflattened and placed in a content ear postition. Andy allowed the couneslor to pick him up out of the carrier. He was then placed on the counter for his photos and collaring. When on the counter, he looked around the room. The carrier was placed on the coutner and Andy walked inside himself.

Reaction to Assessor: Andy was calm and relaxed by the front. He sniffs the assessor’s hand and rubs his cheeks onto the cage door when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Andy remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Andy head-butts, begins to purr, meows, and leans on the assessor. Reaction to being picked up: Andy remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Average Andy interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
