Medical Summary scan negative intact male weight: 1.9lbs conjunctivitis to both eyes – as per 0844 start on erythromycin oint BID x 7 days clean ears – em negative dirty coat – flea positive clean teeth good appetite seen for soft food URI confirmed by 0844 – yellow nasal discharge present – start on doxycycline 50mg/mL PO SID x 10 days overall body condition is good parvo test – negative tense and nervous during exam but easy to handle 1059 gave 30cc LRS SQ due to dehydration BAR NOSF
