AATOS – A1046219
8-19-2015 Brooklyn Rescue: Feline Rescue of SI Please honor your pledges: http://felinerescueofstatenisland.org/donation/
**SAFE 08/19/15** AVERAGED-RATED AART and AATOS are two splendid cats who have brought their A-game with them to the ACC. AATOS is the older of the two kittens and he has already been neutered, and both boys are an absolute joy to behold. How crappy of a shelter system do you have to be, to be unable to even GIVE these kittens away last weekend during that ClearTheShelters promotion? The ACC believes there is only one way to clear a shelter, and that’s with a whole lot of lethal injections. Please don’t let those butchers get their mitts on these kittens! Advocate ferociously for AART and AATOS tonight!

08/05/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – AVERAGE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Aatos was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying timid behavior, at the front of the kennel but retreats when the cage is open, interacts with the Assessor, allows limited handling and tolerates all petting. Aatos is displaying behavior appropriate for a new or experienced cat owner. Reaction to assessor: calmly watching assessor from the back of cage When spoken quietly: remains calm Reaction to door cage opening: seems curious but remain at back of cage Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: Aatos becomes nervous while being held. He prefers not to be held Placement Determination: Average
