12/17/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Zulu looks neutral in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Zulu remains crouched position on his cage bedding, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Zulu sniffs the assessor’s hand but began to retreat, hiss and swat. Placement determination: NH ONLY Zulu is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. He is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
