STORMIE – A1050156
Safe 9-6-2015 Manhattan Rescue: Zani's Furry Friends Please honor your pledges: http://zanisfurryfriends.org
***SAFE 09/06/15*** Missing teeth. Matted fur. URI! And she’s 16 years old! This is STORMIE. She was brought in as a STRAY but her age and conditions may indicate that she once belonged to someone. She is already SPAYED as well. So now she’s tense and sluggish. Yet her behavior should not be taken at face value as she is sick and of course, its affecting her behavior! So an EXPERIENCE rating is what she’s got! Is there anyone that can give this golden oldie a place to heal and live out her golden years? She’s been through STORMIE weather already! Let her live out her life gracefully and you just may find she’s a fit for you!

09/05/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – AVERAGE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Stormie came into the care center as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Please note that Stormie has been sick since arriving at the care center. She was a bit tense at the time of arrival, but was easy to handle for her initial medical examination. Reaction to assessor: Stormie is resting on her bed, body soft. Reaction to cage door opening: Remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Stormie remains in place but allows petting on the head and along the body. Placement determination: Average Stormie interacts with the assessor and allows all handling. Please note that she is being treated for an upper respiratory infection at the time of the evaluation, so her behavior may change as her medical condition changes. But based upon the behaviors we have seen thus far, Stormie appears to be appropriate for an adopter with an average amount of experience.
