SHEEP – A1036845
5-21-2015 Brooklyn Rescue: ***SAFE*** Pulled by Hurricane Pets- Donation website: http://hurricanepetsrescue.org/donate/ Please honor your pledges:
SAFE 5/21/15 Sheep is a very social tabby who was brought into BACC as a stray. Sheep’s lips are swollen, and she has lost all of the fur around her mouth. The whiskers one side of her face have also been burned off, and our vet thinks that Sheep was exposed to some sort of chemical substance. She will need some follow up vet care and a little TLC. Despite her condition, Sheep is quite the social butterfly, and solicits attention from everyone she meets! Please help this sweet girl find a cozy place to recover, and pull Sheep from BACC today!

Intake Behavior:
Sheep was sitting in the front of the carrier. When the carrier door was opened she walked right out. When scanned she lifted her rear and turned around to solicit attention. She maintained a soft body and was easy to handle. She was a little difficult to photograph because she wanted to explore the room but she did not react to being picked up and placed back on the counter for the photo. She allowed collaring and placing back in the carrier. She ate all the wet food provided to her. She did not show any stress or aggressive behaviors during the intake.
