SADIE – A1038901
***SAFE 06/14/15*** SADIE IS SAD BECAUSE THE ACC IS KILLING HER ONLY BECAUSE SHE IS PREGNANT!! SADIE is a 2 year old girl who found her way into the shelter as a stray. She allowed petting and handling even though she is afraid and received a good EXPERIENCE rating. Sadly, the ACC practices population control too – so PREGNANT momma cats are not safe in the shelter. Since SADIE was not subjected to a SPAY ABORT, they decided that DEATH is better. NO IT IS NOT!! SADIE is a good girl and only wants a loving home like any other kitty. IF YOU CAN FOSTER OR ADOPT CONTACT A RESCUE NOW – SHE ONLY HAS UNTIL NOON TO BE SAVED! DON’T WAIT – YOU ARE HER ONLY HOPE!!

06/09/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Sadie was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer but after a steady slow approach using soft voices she relaxed a little and I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. I was also able to pick her up and although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense Placement Determination: Experience
